Best wishes for a very wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year! We hope this correspondence finds you in good spirits, great health and filled with the reason for the season. Many of you will be reading this letter via the website, please select the links then view the details of our year.

2003 was a year of TRAVEL. We didn’t take an official honeymoon and Anita had never used her scuba diving certification, so to celebrate our 1st anniversary I took Anita diving in Key Largo, FL. This was Anita’s first dive outside a pool or a stone quarry – she was a bit nervous. We did 2 dives per day for 3 consecutive days. The fish were so numerous on one of the reefs that you had to swim through them to part the fins! We even got to spend some time with the friendliest brown octopus. It was easy to get to and the diving was great – we’ll be back!

Greetings and holiday salutations from the Barron household. 2002 brought with it many things to be thankful for. First and foremost, my wife Anita. Surprised? I’m sure you knew it was just a matter of time. We were married on February 16th, 2002 in Sevierville, TN at the Berry Springs Lodge. We had a small ceremony with family and then I was down for the count (be nice, I had a cold). We ate our first meal as a married couple at Wendy’s (it’s all I was up for) and went back to the Lodge and curled up under the covers to watch TV (some honeymoon). We made it back to the Gatlinburg area in May for a mini honeymoon and had a summer picnic celebration with many of you in August. We met through Match Maker International (yes, the dating service). We’ve still got some “dates” left if you’re interested in a deal (they’re transferable).
